Refund & Exchange Policy

At N7, we aim to deliver quality with every order. Please read our policy carefully:

No Refunds:
We do not offer refunds once the delivery courier has left your location.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must open and inspect your order while the courier is still present.

  • If the item is damaged, has a manufacturing issue, or you received the wrong size, you may return it to the courier immediately for an exchange.

  • Return delivery fees will be your responsibility.

Exchanges will only be accepted for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defects or mistakes on our end

  • Wrong size received (must be unworn and in original condition)

Once the courier has left, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
